Balcerek: Aaaa… uczciwych ludzi to jest sporo. Mój szwagier na ten przykład, niejaki Szymczak, taksówkarz, jechał jak raz po lufie, aż tu nagle zatrzymuje go patrol. To on się przysięga, że nic nie pił, normalnie nie? A na wszelki wypadek wkłada dwójkę w prawo jazdy. Ten patrolant to mówi tak: “Panie Szymczak, wysiądź pan i chuchnij. Bo jak pan nie piłeś, to ja grosza od pana nie wezmę”. Teraz uczciwych ludzi jest sporo.
